Self Portrait.
This is me. Today is the last day of photography. Our final assignment was a self portrait or a portrait of another person. Since I did a portrait of another person, I did one of myself.

Portraits - Willow and Jung Jin
Willow. Sister. Best Friend. 12. She is a great person to model for me. She always helps out with my photography projects and I am so thankful for her doing that.
Jung Jin. Korean Exchange Student. 6th Grade. Funny. Friend. Jung Jin has been staying with my family for 2 weeks now and she is funny and my family enjoys having her around. Jung Jin knows english very well which is good because everyone can understand her. You can hold an hour long conversation with her which is also very good because she likes to tell people about Korea and her home and siblings.
Here they are together. They have been great friends since Jung Jin has gotten here. They are always together and they are enjoyable to be around.

Water.
This picture turned out very well. The shutter speed was 1/30, the aperture was f 3.5 and the focal length was 5mm. I would not change anything about this picture. I like it a lot.
The shutter speed on this picture was 1/30, the aperture was f/ 3.5 and the focal length was 5mm. The thing I would change about his picture would have to be the land on the top right hand corner. I wanted to crop that out but I could not do that with out cropping out the ice in the upper left hand corner.
The shutter speed in this picture was 1/50, the aperture was f/ 4.0 and the focal length was 5mm. Just like the top picture, there is nothing I would change about this picture. I like it in black and white rather than in color.

Double Exposer.
This is my favorite one. The theme is land and water. I think this was a clever idea and they are both pictures that I really like when they are not combined.
This is a combination of old and new. The tree, as you can see, is old and falling apart and the twig is newer. The tree trunk is black and white and the picture of the twig is in color. That is what I like about this picture.
This one is a classic. The piano with the piano notes on the top of it. What a good picture!

Christmas 2011
This is a decoration on our tree. It is from a wedding. Last year, in 2010, our friends got married on New Years Eve and they had everyone that was at their wedding take a few decorations for their tree.
This is our Christmas tree this year. It is 13 feet high and about 7 feet wide. We always get a very big tree. We did not have room for a star at the top so the star is just hanging inside the tree somewhere.
This decoration on the tree was from a student at my mom's school. This is most likely my favorite one because my favorite movie of all time is "How The Grinch Stole Christmas."
This is my sister. She is laughing at my brother who is just being himself. I quick took the shot and it turned out very well. I turned it to black and white because the color of the door behind her did not look good.
This is the nativity scene that we have in our house. Ever since I can remember, we have had about 4 nativity scenes in our house. My sister really likes to decorate. I choose to turn it to black and white as the color in the picture was the best color and plus it looked so much better in black and white.
This was made by a lady who passed away about 4 or 5 years ago. My mom and her were close and before she knew she was sick, she liked to make crafts and other good things. She made this for us out of a lightbulb and painted it like Santa Clause.
